Most weeks during winter, we are selling direct to consumer fresh (and we mean really fresh) black truffle via our Fresh Truffle mailing list.

❋ Truffles of all shapes and sizes

While they can absolutely be beautiful, we favour aroma and ripeness when harvesting for you. Most retail sales are ‘farmers cuts’ perfect Truffles, maybe not as ‘aesthetic’ as those found in the restaurants of Melbourne.

❋ Provenance

Know when it was harvested, date and time of day, by whom (typically Fender - Brunello is still learning), class and weight. Handled with care and like our growing philosophy with the least intervention possible.
